At First Support Australia, our team members are more than just professionals; they are passionate individuals dedicated to making a difference every day.

Hello to our valued community,
Every journey has its chapters, and mine has been a tapestry of diverse experiences and learnings. My academic foundation was set with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration back in 2011. This was complemented by a myriad of courses, from Community Services to Real Estate, each adding a unique facet to my professional persona.
The world of banking offered me insights into the intricacies of finance, while my stint as a real estate agent honed my interpersonal skills. Representing Static Control Company on a global scale was a lesson in adaptability and global perspectives. Yet, it was the NDIS sector that truly resonated with my passion. Over six transformative years, I transitioned from roles of direct support to strategic management, understanding the NDIS landscape from multiple vantage points.
December 2018 marked a pivotal chapter. First Support Australia was born out of a vision to offer unparalleled support in the NDIS realm. It wasn’t just about establishing a company; it was about crafting a legacy. I immersed myself in sculpting robust policies, integrating cutting-edge software solutions, and most importantly, building relationships. From our inaugural client to the many we serve today, each story has been a testament to our commitment.
